My passion for cooking grew while exploring the world, discovering local, traditional cuisine and uncovering all the different flavors. All these experiences are now brought directly to your table and have inspired me to create delicious dishes and the joy it will bring to you all also.
Now for the last 15 years I am in the heart of Tuscany near Lucca enjoying the fresh produce this stunning region has to offer. Cheeses, meats and vegetables from farm to table enhancing the flavors of the beautiful traditional dishes I will prepare for you.
Cordon Bleu trained and working alongside some of Londons finest chefs, 6 years running a restaurant in Brasil all my experiences from around the world have now enhanced my skills to create dishes that are perfectly balanced and as stunning as they are delicious.

Living in the heart of Tuscany means I’m surrounded by incredible local produce and time-honored culinary traditions. I draw on these influences to create dishes that are fresh, seasonal, and full of flavor. From handmade pasta to rich cheeses and vibrant vegetables, each plate reflects the best of Tuscan cooking—simple, authentic, and delicious.
From London’s Kitchens to Brazil’s Beaches
My culinary journey has taken me across the globe, beginning with Cordon Bleu training and continuing in some of London’s fast-paced kitchens, where I sharpened my skills alongside top chefs. Running a beachside restaurant in Brazil taught me how to combine vibrant, local flavors with international techniques. Returning to Tuscany, I built my business from the ground, loving to share my passion for food and bringing people together one meal at a time.
A personal highlight? Appearing on Married at First Sight the Netherlands version. It was unforgettable! I hosted a couple in my garden, teaching them how to make pizza with a TV crew filming us all day. Being recognised all over Lucca a few months later was hilarious.
