I’ll guide you step by step, sharing simple, effective techniques that will leave you feeling like a proper pro in no time at all.
There’s no need for fancy equipment or advanced skills; we’ll work with whatever you have.
Who can join?
Here’s the fun part—you don’t have to do it alone. You can invite anyone to join the class even if they are not in the same house at the time.

What will we cook?
You decide! Once you book, I’ll work with you to create a menu that suits everyone.
The choices are endless. Vegans, Vegetarians and Gluten Free, no problem at all I can base a menu around all the dietary requirements.
When and how long?
The classes run from around 90 mins to around 3 hours.
Working with your time zone I can run the classes all day up to the latest start time of 8pm in Italy.
How does it work?
It’s super simple! Once we finalize the details, I’ll send you a Zoom link.
All you need is a good internet connection, your ingredients, a bottle of wine and a great sense of adventure!
