We hired Celine for a private dining experience (nine people including two kids) in a rented house near Barga. The communication prior to the dinner was easy and comforting – clearly a professional setup. On the day, Celine came as agreed, with everything needed. She quickly sensed the atmosphere and followed along easily. She was very professional – yet relaxed – and had time to chat with all interested guests. The four course dinner was absolutely perfectly prepared and all enjoyed the delicious meal. The best proof of our satisfaction must be that we decided to hire Celine for a second dinner on the spot! Celine is not only a safe choice but a fantastic choice.

Celine could not have been more accommodating and helpful on our recent skiing trip to Morzine. In addition to cooking amazing meals for the nine of us, and providing delicious wines and drinks to match, she provided local information, recommended and booked excellent restaurants and much more. Celine is simply the best. Not only is each and every single thing she makes delicious, but she puts thought and care into getting to know her clients. She spent nearly a week making breakfast for our group of 17, as well as a special dinner meal (fab.u.lous!) but she didn’t stop there. She stocked the Villa for us with the best treats (most important, best wine), got to know all of us, went above and beyond to help us with other things during our time in Lucca. We love her so much and wish we could take her everywhere!

For our wedding in Lucca, Celine prepared our wedding breakfast as well as aperitifs for our guests arrival. It was hands down some of the best food that I’ve ever eaten and by far the best meal that we ate whilst we were in Italy. She was, from our very first communications with her, beyond helpful, enthusiastic and warm. It wouldn’t have been the magical day it was without her. Celine also made us the most beautiful millefoglie for our wedding cake which was just beyond what we could have hoped for. I keep looking at the photos of our meal and table and smiling. She was a huge hit with our family and everyone commented on how awesome she was.

Chef Celine exceeded our expectations for our Italian elopement! She was fantastic to work with from the start, and was a lot of fun in helping to plan our dinner and hors d’oeuvres menu items. She had a wide range of menu selections to work with, and was able to incorporate some seasonal items as well. She came prepared and her staff was extremely friendly and fun to work with. I can’t recommend her enough, if you are looking for someone to cook an excellent meal with such a lovely personality, you found the right Chef! You will not be disappointed!

Celine is incredible, an amazing collaborator on the menu, fun and charming. Now the food, the food was amazing. She cooked two meals for a ten-person wedding celebration, and it was one of the best meals on our trip. All local ingredients, elegant presentation, delightful all around. She took care of everything from start to finish, and was very communicative the whole time. Could not recommend more for your Tuscan needs!

We rented a villa near Pugnano for a week. On our first night we had Chef Celine come out for Pizza Night. She did not disappoint! She cooked the pizzas in the wood fired oven at the villa. Made us a bunch of different varieties, even gluten free for 1 person in the group. Quite easily the best pizza we’ve ever had. Not only is she a great chef, but also a fun addition to the party. If you are wanting to learn about making pizza in a pizza oven in Italy, or making homemade pasta while traveling in the Tuscany area (we were outside Lucca at a villa), I highly recommend Celine! My family began our two week vacation with a hands on lesson on pizza making with Celine, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! She was very professional and patient with the 16 of us, and was a great instructor with an incredible sense of humor. Our family had the best afternoon, learning all the tips and tricks to making the best Italian pizza dough and toppings, and was an incredible experience! Worth it to book Celine, and highly recommend!
